Portfolio Finance Manager

The role : The Manager will work alongside the Capital Markets and Portfolio Finance team members. · Leading financing activities including debt term conversions, tax equity fundings, refinancing, tax equity partnership buyouts and asset divestitures. · Reviewing changes to transaction and project documentation, negotiating amendments and waivers, and seeking approval and consents from financing parties. · Managing transaction due diligence bringdown processes at fundings. · Collaborating across internal teams to manage ongoing financing requirements. · Managing financial tracking models and supporting internal / external modelling requests for projects in construction and operations. · Maintaining relationships with tax equity investors, lenders and other financial partners in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements :
5-8+ years of experience of project finance experience with 2+ years of Renewable Energy experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus Strong financial modeling capabilities Experience in project finance and
tax equity
transactions, including maintaining and auditing tracking models.
