Corgi , we’re building the first fully automated insurance carrier, and we want someone that can lead and coach a team of early-career sales reps to be able to sell water to a pond. If you’re willing to work harder than you’ve ever worked before and you want to do sales, in-person, and around the clock, this is your opportunity to join the ground floor of a $100B+ company. We are launching our Dallas office from scratch, where we will scale our product-market fit for our renter's insurance programs. You’ll own the revenue number and the four walls supporting it: coaching BDRs, owning close rates, keeping high energy six days a week, and ensuring quality inputs. What we’re looking for
We’re hiring hard workers and fast learners who want a serious career in sales. We are
in-person
only
and full-time. The work is challenging, and the hours are long, but we make it worthwhile. In-office six days a week. You should be very excited about the opportunity to teach and develop the next generation of sales reps and closers, and the autonomy that comes with leading a group of people. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle, from cold call to active policies, while carrying a personal quota Coach & Train: call reviews, live-shadow demos, and training sessions with BDRs and AEs Rewrite talk tracks, email sequences, and objection trees Forecast & Report: own pipeline accuracy, deal hygiene, and weekly revenue Recruit & ramp: help hire, onboard, and motivate the next wave of AEs & BDRs as we scale Why You Should Join
