Delivers reusable, stable integration solutions to line of business requirements based on best practices of development, and operations.
• Develops plans for large scale operational, fault tolerant integration solutions.
• Designs tools for management of systems • Designs processes and best practices for code governance • Ensure governance standards are employed. • Defines test procedures as part of governance models. • Enhances architecture team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members. • Identifies user requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods; studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labeling; • Validates information delivery by developing and completing test plans; evaluating traffic patterns; studying user feedback; coordinating with Usability Specialists. • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment Qualifications
The individual must have at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field closely related to Information technology such as mathematics, engineering, computer science, or information systems. A master’s degree or above is preferred. minimum of 5 years of professional technical experience related to software development, systems design and deployment, or networking and infrastructure.
A minimum of 4 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or any other hands on leadership role.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly.
Webmethods Not Required • Development experience in webMethods Integration server plus
• webMethods IS 6.0 through 9.6 experience preferred.
• 2+ years on webMethods IS Admin
• 2+ years on webMethods IS Development
• At least one large scale upgrade project; both IS and Broker.
• Local and remote team management skills required.
• Project management skills using MSFT Project or the like required.
Ability to work within a team, good communication skills, good problem-solving and analytical skills.
English as a first language. Must have excellent communication skills.
Additional Information
Must be a US Citizen willing to travel internationally to Saudi 40-42 weeks a year, 6-8 weeks in Saudi and 8-10 days back in US. Excellent compensation package. Weekly travel Bonus. Great expense program.
