Job Description
Must be local to the Birmingham, Alabama area. US Citizen or Green Card required. The successful candidate will help businesses implement technology solutions cost-effectively by determining project or program requirements and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. Responsibilities include analyzing organizational information problems, recommending system controls and protocols, developing technical solutions to business problems, and managing requirements at the project level to fulfill business needs. Qualifications
Define areas of process improvement, measure progress, and collect data for ongoing adjustments. Analyze data, customer feedback, and stakeholder input to improve workflows, supply chains, and other business processes. Control and re-adjust processes as necessary to enhance the effectiveness of products, services, and project delivery. Support requirements management, including analyzing operational objectives, studying business functions, and documenting requirements. Design system modifications by studying current practices and recommending controls. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Document customer business functions and processes, including system-to-system communications. Job Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of experience using XML. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with SQL databases. Ability to communicate results and expectations clearly to team and customers.
