Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect

Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA-based corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. We specialize in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services. Responsibilities: Serve as a techno-functional consultant with a CRM XRM background, with extensive experience on MS CRM XRM products and multiple implementations. Work on different CRM XRM versions. Manage the complete lifecycle of 4 to 5 projects. Handle on-premise, cloud, support, upgrade, and migration projects. Be aware of mobility features in CRM XRM. Understand and articulate customer pain points using MS methodology. Design solutions to address customer pain points and deliver them effectively. Develop solutions, resolve issues, and support project delivery. Maintain customer-facing communication with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications:
B.E., B.Tech, MCA, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Certified professional with experience in functional configurations and customizations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM XRM, following best practices. Understanding of integration with third-party applications. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Federation Services. Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST, Silverlight, AngularJS.
