Requirements: Director of Case Management experience in a hospital with 200+ beds, at least 5 years in a director role with notable accomplishments. Strong results-oriented candidates with steady work history. Either Social Work or Nursing license required; Certified Case Manager preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or Nursing preferred. Minimum of five years of clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred. Special Qualifications: Knowledge of JCAHO & CMS standards, and relevant federal, state, and local laws. Ability to assess information, apply critical thinking, determine best actions, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
