What You'll Do Ensure product quality and compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP, and FAA requirements Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Analyze data to identify trends and implement quality improvement strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering to drive process control and efficiency Oversee inspection processes and create/maintain quality standards, quality plans, and procedures Monitor KPIs such as scrap, rework, and customer complaints, and lead initiatives to reduce COPQ Manage and lead internal and external audits Represent Quality in customer discussions, MRB activities, and supplier quality reviews Support APQP, PPAP, and new product introduction activities Train and mentor teams on quality tools, processes, and best practices What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of education) 3+ years in a manufacturing quality role, preferably in aerospace or a regulated industry Experience with welding, brazing, heat treat, or special process environments Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Hands-on experience leading CAPA, MRB, and root cause investigations Working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (AS9100, NADCAP) Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and Microsoft Office Strong communication and technical writing skills Customer-focused mindset and ability to work cross-functionally What You Get
