About Priority1 Priority1, Inc., a dynamic nationwide company, is seeking transportation professionals for business-to-business product/service sales in Huntsville. We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, hardworking candidates who want a career in sales! Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are growing rapidly and are adding new outside Territory Managers to the Huntsville market.

Position Overview The

Territory Manager

sales position offers the opportunity to develop superior selling skills, provide large business solutions in a small-to-mid size business environment, and grow into senior roles by gaining experience selling to executive decision-makers such as Owners, CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, and Vice Presidents. This outside sales role focuses on new business acquisition, with an unlimited prospect base in the freight shipping industry. Our value proposition delivers top-tier solutions while reducing operational costs for customers. This role is a career starter that promises personal and professional growth along with a strong income potential.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting new business, including B2B door-to-door cold calling

Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM tools to track activity

Selling and establishing new accounts

Managing existing accounts

Training and Development We support our Territory Managers through comprehensive training programs. New hires undergo three weeks of corporate training within their first 24 months, with additional advanced training opportunities. All training occurs in Little Rock, AR, led by our experienced Executive Development Team. New managers also participate in the "Fast Start Program," which includes three months of in-field training with upper management.

Candidate Requirements

Preferably 2 years of freight sales experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a focus on business, marketing, or communication; any major is acceptable if complemented by a passion for sales

Active involvement in campus activities, with athletic backgrounds highly recommended

Enthusiastic, energetic, and polished demeanor

Determined team player with a strong desire to succeed

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary plus uncapped commission, $500 monthly car allowance, and gas reimbursement

Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, with premiums paid at 100% for employees and dependents

HSA with employer contributions, life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance

401(k) plan with profit sharing (average 15%)
