About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Student Development and Dean of Students to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, fostering a positive campus environment that promotes student success and well-being. The AVP/DOS will be responsible for maintaining the Student Code of Conduct, serving as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator, and leading the crisis response system for students. Collaboration with university leaders, faculty, and staff is essential to align student development goals with the institution's strategic priorities.

Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a Doctorate preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of administrative leadership experience in student affairs. The role demands a proven track record in areas such as student conduct, advocacy, and crisis management, as well as experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance the student experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
