The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, managing vendor relationships, and serving as a thought leader in transactional fraud data. Essential duties include leading the transaction fraud strategy platform management, collaborating with various teams to balance fraud mitigation and customer experience, and spearheading cross-functional engagements. The role also involves active monitoring of model governance, driving strategy governance processes, and managing the strategy control function for the transactional fraud strategy team.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years' of experience in building analytically derived strategies within the financial services sector, with a focus on fraud, credit, marketing, risk, or collections. A strong background in data tabulation or pattern recognition software, as well as experience in fraud management within consumer lending, is required. The ideal candidate will possess advanced programming skills, experience in developing consumer and commercial fraud strategies, and the ability to conduct advanced data analysis.
