About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its Institute on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law and Public Policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a strategic vision that aligns with the Institute's mission, leading a team of researchers and staff, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including donors, advisory councils, and the media. This role requires a leader with a J.D. or social science Ph.D., at least 7 years of senior management experience, and a deep understanding of LGBTQ law and policy issues. The Executive Director will oversee the Institute's research, fundraising, budget, and operations, and must be passionate about the mission of the Institute, committed to diversity, and capable of representing the organization effectively.
