Personal Lines Account Manager
Our Northern Virginia - based commercial insurance agency client is now looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to assist them with their personal lines clients - any high net worth experience is a big plus, but not necessary. The
successful candidate
will be responsible for the day to day delivery of high quality insurance customer service to these high net worth individuals requiring specialized and highly personal assistance. The successful candidate will be very bright, polished and have high level communications skills.
The Opportunity: Challenging atmosphere - multiple insurance lines across multiple industry sectors Stable and fast-growing firm in the Leesburg, VA and Charlestown, WV area 10-15% commissions on account re-writes. The ability to write new business and earn commissions is an option Small Boutique agency - very friendly working atmosphere Well known organization in the Leesburg/NOVA region Opportunity to work with exciting and sophisticated wealthy clientele Huge professional upside growth Background Required :
Property and Casualty license Any experience with quoting and claims is a big plus Able to communicate effectively with highly educated and wealthy individuals Working with high net worth and wealthy clientele a big plus, but not necessary Demonstrated success managing a book of Personal Lines business Familiarity with personal lines carriers is a plus Customer Interface Experience Customer service oriented Organized and able to multi-task Must be detail oriented Excellent customer relation skills No management experience required Duties: Service and maintenance of Personal Lines accounts Consult and interact with high net worth individuals Handle updates to accounts Work with current clients handling inquiries, policy changes, etc Work along side sales producers Driving new business through renewals Other:
