Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Hybrid Pay rate: $34/hr Job Description: Provide administrative support to leadership, including strategic calendar management and time planning support to Executives in the business. Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements for supported executives by proactively seeking out and triaging scheduling conflicts and staying ahead of opportunities to recommend meeting alternatives. Ensure preparation of meeting settings, participant attendance, preparation of meeting materials, and preparation of delegates for meeting conflicts. Track and help drive the completion of deliverables by following up on outstanding items. Facilitate the client team experience activities by owning the coordination, logistics, and direction for team events and proactively driving actions needed to ensure event outcomes. Work collaboratively with other executive assistants across the company. Identify any process issues or bottlenecks in the team. Require 5+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events and travel management supporting senior management. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written. Be incredibly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills. Be an independent self-starter: capable of taking even the smallest project and running with it to successful completion. Have a working knowledge of contemporary collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, Coupa, and Lucid Charts.
