We’re looking for a
world-class Ad Creative Designer
to produce thumb-stopping, high-converting ad creatives at scale. This isn’t a branding or visual identity role—it’s a
performance-first
design role where
CPA, ROAS, CTR, and watch time
are part of your daily vocabulary. You'll be the creative force behind our growth engine, crafting and iterating on ad formats that convert across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. You’ll partner closely with marketers, copywriters, data analysts, and media buyers to test, learn, and iterate quickly—because performance is the product. What You’ll Do
Design
scroll-stopping, data-proven ad creatives
(video, static, motion) for paid social and digital platforms.
Use
data-backed insights
to develop and iterate creative variations that drive measurable impact (clicks, installs, demos, sales).
Constantly analyze top-performing ads across the industry—and outdo them. You're reverse-engineering ads on the Meta Ad Library for fun.
Build creative frameworks that allow for
rapid A/B testing
and creative refreshes at scale.
Translate performance metrics into creative decisions—own the loop from asset creation to performance analysis to iteration.
Stay on the bleeding edge of
visual trends, meme culture, and content formats
across TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Work with AI tools, editors, and in-house avatars to scale creative output without sacrificing quality or conversion.
You Are
A
conversion-minded creative
with
3+ years of performance-focused design experience
(either in-house, agency, or freelance).
Fluent in
ad platform creative best practices : You know how to tailor a creative for TikTok vs Meta vs YouTube, and why certain hooks outperform others.
Obsessed with
data and outcomes : You design with the goal of improving CTRs, CVRs, and ROAS—not just vibes.
A strong
video/motion designer
with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) or alternatives like CapCut, Figma, Canva Pro, etc.
A student of
ads that sell —you study UGC, DR hooks, fast cuts, testimonial formats, TikTok trends, and know what
actually works .
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where
volume meets velocity —you can test 10 variations before lunch.
Familiar with
direct-response marketing , funnel mechanics, and growth loops—especially in SaaS, eCom, or mobile apps.
Bonus: experience creating ad creatives for global audiences or multi-language campaigns.
