Qualifications include RN, BSN, MSN, with BLS and CPI certifications, and 5+ years of mental health management experience as a Director or Manager, with extensive knowledge of Baker Act law, EMTALA, and other relevant regulations. The facility serves adults aged 18 and above, including young adults and geriatrics, with acute psychiatric needs. The director must be capable of leading and motivating staff, developing their skills, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Benefits are excellent, with full support for relocation.
