2 years
of experience with
ServiceNow . Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Applications development. Proficiency in UI technologies ( HTML5, XML, CSS ) and
CMS
expertise in
SNOW . Design and development experience with RDBMS systems such as
Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL . Practical experience with agile methodologies and tools. ServiceNow certification. Familiarity with
Unix, Linux, Shell Scripting . ITIL v3
Intermediate
certification or/and administration certificate on ITSM tools like
ServiceNow, Remedy . Experience working in multi-vendor development environments. Experience with ServiceNow platform for global customers. Knowledge of performance-compliant design and sustainable solution architecture. Experience with integrations ( Web services, REST APIs ). Strong analytical and communication skills. Planning and coordination skills. Project management experience. Willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education.
