Store Support Center We are seeking an experienced
Information Systems Analyst (IT Systems Analyst)
for our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA. SUMMARY The IT Systems Analyst for Corporate Systems will work on the implementation and support of corporate/back-office systems. This role involves collaborating with the Master Data and Supply Chain System Teams to gather technical requirements, and managing modifications, implementations, and ongoing support for our application systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical support in areas including but not limited to: * SQL skills with Redshift, Oracle, and SQL Server databases. * Windows Batch scripting, AIX Shell scripting, and Python. * NCR HQ Systems experience is preferred. * Support for legacy systems in the Supply Chain area. * Integration with reporting, logistics, POS, and product systems. Manage ticket queues related to assigned systems and participate in CAB meetings. Coordinate with Application Managed Services (AMS) resources in the relevant areas. Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams on audits and ongoing compliance activities. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No direct supervisory responsibilities; however, indirect management of AMS and outsourced resources. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 2-3 years of related work experience. Experience with standard office equipment (telephones, fax/scanners, copiers). Preferred experience in training environments. 3-4 years in the retail industry. 5-7 years in enterprise technology environments, especially with supply chain and transactional systems. Experience with full lifecycle implementations in large transformation or migration projects. ERP system experience is desirable. Knowledge of interfaces to forecasting, ordering, warehouse, and retail systems. Strong technical and programming skills are essential. Experience with onshore/offshore Application Managed Services models and SaaS/IaaS environments is preferred. High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive matters. Proven ability to execute cross-functional projects in dynamic environments. Understanding of SDLC and IT business processes across functions. COMPENSATION : The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000, based on experience and skills.
