Construction Project Management Consultant Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey in Project Management? MIGSO-PCUBED, a global leader in management consulting, is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Construction Project Management Consultant to elevate our engagement in the Grand Rapids area.

Please note: This role does not include relocation assistance. Candidates must reside in the Grand Rapids area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive project management tasks, influencing every project scope.

Develop schedules, timelines, and cost plans aligned with business goals, budgets, and resources.

Innovate and implement creative solutions for client delivery challenges.

Lead project communications and prepare executive-level updates.

Assess risks and develop contingency plans.

Manage inputs and collaboration from diverse stakeholders.

You will deliver expert knowledge, adapt to new environments, and collaborate seamlessly with teams. Representing our brand on client sites, you will be poised to support our engagements. Qualifications You bring 2-5 years of experience in Project or Program Management within a construction setting, a bachelor's degree, and a fervent passion for project management. Ideally, you hold a PMP certification, and additional relevant certifications (CSM, SSM, CAPM, etc.) are a plus.

Interview Process

Introductory Call: A 15-20 minute conversation with our Talent Partner.

Microsoft Teams or In-Person Interview: A 1-hour interview with a Business Manager.

Technical Interview: Review a case study for 1 hour, followed by a 1-hour interview to present your findings and discuss with a Business Manager.
