Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop project plans and schedules. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of materials and services. Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project status.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.
