Ad Analytics Optimization: Conduct competitor and user research to identify gaps and opportunities, driving iterative improvements for existing analytics features Deliver streamlined UX/UI solutions Platform Experience Enhancement: Continuous Improvement — Optimize user experiences for other features (e.g., ad inspiration libraries, save ads functionality) through iterative design updates and user feedback Platform Experience Enhancement: Design System Alignment — Leverage and evolve the existing design system to ensure consistency across all platform features Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers and CEO to align design decisions with technical feasibility and business objectives Required Qualifications

Design Experience: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years designing B2B products (portfolio required). Must demonstrate proficiency in navigating complex workflows Core Competencies: Strong UX expertise, solid UI skills, and exceptional product intuition Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma and prototyping software Design System Fluency: Deep familiarity with B2B design system Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in UX (e.g., predictive analytics) Experience in agile environments with cross-functional teams (data engineers, growth marketers) Seniority level
