Trademark Paralegal – Downtown Chicago (Hybrid) at a well-established intellectual property law firm. This role is open due to a relocation and offers an opportunity for someone with strong trademark prosecution experience to grow in a collaborative and professional environment. Responsibilities
Handle U.S. and international trademark and copyright filings Review docket reports and manage deadlines Prepare and file applications, renewals, and maintenance documents Communicate with clients, attorneys, and foreign associates Conduct preliminary trademark searches and summarize findings Generate cost estimates and status reports Process invoices and assist with administrative tasks Qualifications
1+ years of trademark paralegal experience (required) Familiarity with Microsoft Office; IPM experience is a plus but not required Strong knowledge of USPTO and international trademark procedures (Madrid Protocol, Community Trademark) Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required Why This Role Stands Out
