White Plains, NY Key Responsibilities

Enroll payment and product orders in various platforms Review agreements and validate data accurately and efficiently Communicate timelines and updates with sales leaders and managers Conduct customer outreach for additional questions or data requests Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and management Participate in special projects as needed Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, or a related financial/agent environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities High motivation, attention to detail, and ownership of results Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Benefits (for full-time employees)
