We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow within the HR or Corporate Real Estate field. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the account HR and Operations teams and will contribute to accounts’ success by ensuring a talented and engaged workforce that aligns with its goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee and track onboarding activities for all new hires on the BofA account. Ensure compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
HR Processes and Programs: Support various aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and employee engagement.
Account Management: Manage and update account-specific tools, including the onboarding/offboarding tracker and employee roster.
Procedure Compliance: Ensure employees adhere to various procedures and processes for on and offboarding, training, and performance management.
Innovation & Collaboration: Partner with our HR and Operations team to identify new and innovative ways to accomplish defined tasks.
Special Projects: Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional human resources or operations experience preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
People Skills: Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with various individuals on the team.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday preferred.
Professionalism: Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

The compensation offered for this role is:
$55,250.00 - $65,000.00 .
