Katalyst Group is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Finance, on behalf of a non-profit organization delivering a tremendous impact to cancer research across the US. The Senior Manager, Finance will lead general accounting projects (monthly close, annual audits, and budgeting cycles), implement new software solutions, and drive efficiencies within Salesforce and other donor-related tools. The role supports the mission by creating and managing the budgets of assigned departments and grants, with a creative mindset to identify areas for improvement and partner cross-functionally. Responsibilities

Minimum of five years of non-profit finance, accounting, and grant management and reporting experience. Location & Availability
This role is expected to be on site 2-3 days in the downtown Chicago office. Compensation
