Process & Quality Engineer, Approvals

Define, track, and report on success criteria for assigned projects
Develop standard processes, work instructions, and troubleshooting steps in Confluence
Maintain PFMEAs to identify potential risks, establish control plans, and resolve high‑risk issues
Create flow charts to propose new processes and document existing ones to identify inefficiencies
Manage projects for new product introductions and sustaining products while facilitating dialogue between internal teams and external regulatory agencies
Enhance Tesla processes to maximize the benefits of instant online programs
Collaborate with local jurisdictions to boost adoption and address non‑compliant entities
What You e2 80 99ll Bring
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), or equivalent experience
3–5 years of project management or engineering experience in an operations environment
Knowledge of energy system design requirements, approval processes, and installation practices
Familiarity with structured problem‑solving methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); SQL and analytical skills are a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for innovation
Ability and willingness to travel domestically (5–10%)
Compensation and Benefits Expected Compensation: $84,000 – $126,000 annual salary plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Pay offered may vary based on factors including location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided if an offer is extended.
