We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on our AI-first products and drive the development of innovative products that solve real-world problems.

Overview As a Senior Product Manager at Nextiva, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and optimization of existing and new products Nextiva will bring to market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define the product vision, set the product roadmap, and ensure successful product launches. You will also be responsible for ensuring our products deliver results for our largest partners, are commercially successful, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Work effectively with and build relationships between yourself and the developer teams. You are the point person between developers, QAs, project managers, and product designers

Build and maintain relationships with our largest customers to ensure we are continuously delivering value

Collaborate with data scientists, designers, and engineers to develop capabilities that deliver business value

Manage & drive product initiatives and associated features and backlogs; participate in product planning and roadmap creation

Account for the customer’s voice when making changes or improvements to the product. Review customer needs, request UX research as needed, and conduct competitive analyses

Work with project managers and development managers to create sprint plans and manage team workloads

Write clear and detailed product initiatives, features, epics, stories, design requests, and bug tickets within Jira for developers, product designers, QA/QE

Provide direction with design and development teams on customer needs

Attend or lead meetings and refinement/grooming sessions to align stakeholders on product changes

Participate in ideation and discovery sessions for product initiatives

Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on product features

Analyze data to track product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

Identify and communicate potential issues with priorities or sprints to product leadership

Collaborate with other product managers at Nextiva to align efforts and facilitate guild meetings

Keep the Product Marketing team informed on releases and collaborate on market research and positioning

Collaborate with Customer Support to write how-to articles and support training materials

Support internal and external training efforts

Be a self-starter; thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn new skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Master's degree preferred

Experience building CCaaS or CX platforms

6+ years of experience in product management

Strong preference for experience with AI-related products

Experience working with partners and large enterprise customers to deliver high NPS via roadmap

Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and machine learning models

Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and other technical teams

Deep understanding of customer needs, market offerings, competitive positioning, and business models to ensure a viable and profitable product

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and communicate effectively

Training and presentation experience with stakeholders

Experience delivering high-profile product features with stakeholders

Ability to deliver projects quickly and adapt to tactical changes with strategic solutions

Meticulous attention to detail as reflected in Jira tickets and tasks

Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Leadership, ownership, conflict resolution and accountability

Excellent time and project management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Proficiency in instructional and technical writing for product briefs, epics, and stories

Our compensation packages are tailored to role and qualifications. The hiring range is $115,000-$204,300, with variations by level and candidate.
