Position Business Development Director
to drive provider recruitment into their medical group. This role requires strong experience closing complex business deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target independent primary care physicians and specialists
Lead in-person sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals
Manage pipeline and activities in Salesforce; join weekly sales calls
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, partners, and distributors
Support recruited practices and help establish new markets where needed
Share best practices and contribute to the national sales team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus)
4+ years’ complex sales experience, selling SaaS to hospitals / healthcare required
Proven track record exceeding sales targets ($1M+ annually)
Strong individual contributor in competitive markets
Reliable transportation; 80% travel onsite in Phoenix, AZ (relocation assistance available to ensure you\'re on patch)
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

Compensation
Total package: $170K–$200K (OTE) - Most people in this role are doing $300K+ as this is uncapped commission
