Scaling the Firm:
Build and execute the roadmap to take Lumida from an emerging player to a scaled category leader in wealth management. Decision-Making Infrastructure:
Establish frameworks and processes that help the company move quickly while maintaining rigor and accountability. Own the operating plan and P&L; set OKRs, staffing plans, budgets, and cadence (weekly exec, MBR/QBR, board). Investment Oversight:
Partner with the CEO and investment team to strengthen investment processes, support portfolio strategy, and structure private deals. Institutionalize sourcing → diligence → IC → execution → monitoring (incl. Reg CF/SPVs/alts). Operational Backbone:
Own the day-to-day operating model — compliance, finance, risk, HR, and client operations — ensuring the company runs seamlessly. Product & Client Experience:
Shape product strategy alongside product and investment leaders, ensuring Lumida’s offerings deliver differentiated value to clients. Run engineering execution: release trains, DevOps, documentation standards, incident hygiene, and velocity. Embed AI/LLM workflows across research, client service, and ops to drive step-function efficiency. Join key client meetings, strengthen relationships, and reinforce Lumida’s reputation as trusted advisors. Culture & Talent Development:
Recruit and grow a high-performance team, reinforcing Lumida’s values and ownership culture at scale. Build the leadership bench External Leadership:
Represent Lumida at industry events, with partners, and in media to expand brand visibility and credibility. Thought Leadership & Community:
Publish insights, increase engagement on platforms like X, and act as a voice for Lumida in shaping the digital wealth conversation. Strategic Partnerships:
Forge relationships with fintechs, institutions, and crypto ecosystems to drive new opportunities and extend Lumida’s reach. Systems & Reporting:
Implement metrics, dashboards, and operating cadences to keep the team aligned and accountable to goals. Risk & Compliance Management:
Anticipate regulatory requirements, ensure Lumida operates safely, and embed compliance into daily workflows. Ensure compliant marketing for investments; coordinate with counsel/CCO and external vendors. Oversee vendor ecosystem (custody, tax/admin, data, marketing tech); renegotiate for scale economics. Partner with compliance to maintain SEC-grade standards (ADV, policies, audits, marketing review). Execution & Follow-Through:
Translate strategy into action with relentless discipline, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. GTM:
Architect demand gen across content, paid, partnerships, and conferences; convert pipeline with tight attribution. Spearhead flagship events and conference strategy (agenda, speakers, stage presence, post-event follow-up). Manage the Sales org (inside + field + service advisors); raise win rates, shorten cycles, and expand AUM. Brand:
Amplify brand via thought leadership, media readiness, and executive communications. Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of leadership experience in fintech, asset management, venture/private markets, or digital assets. Proven track record scaling businesses and building operational foundations. Experience structuring private market investments and guiding investment processes. Strong decision-making instincts with a balance of speed, rigor, and judgment. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across product, engineering, and operations. Comfort in external settings: client-facing, conference-speaking, and media-ready.
