About the role We are seeking an experienced Product leader to lead the development and launch of GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) capabilities on the Armada edge computing platform. This role will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Leviathan initiative—the 1 MW modular data center—and shape the software platform that manages Leviathan to deliver GPU-as-a-Service and next-generation AI capabilities, including Models-as-a-Service and Agent-as-a-Service offerings. Location : This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office. What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities) Strategic Leadership Define and own the overall product strategy for GPU-as-a-Service across edge, hybrid, and cloud environments Create comprehensive go-to-market strategy for GPU services targeting AI/ML workloads at the edge Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations leadership Technical Product Management Partner with engineering to design the platform, ensure proper scheduling, and orchestrate results Ensure seamless integration with the existing Armada AEP platform Ensure that regular updates are shared with leadership and project timelines are met Business Strategy & Market Development Lead market analysis and competitive positioning against major Edge providers and GPU specialists Define key performance indicators and success metrics for Leviathan / GPU-as-a-Service Collaborate with the business team to establish pricing models and service tiers (on-demand, reserved, spot pricing) Customer & Market Development Lead customer research initiatives to understand GPU workload patterns and enterprise requirements Define customer personas for edge AI, ML training, inference, and HPC workloads Build relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners Support enterprise sales activities and strategic proof-of-concept deployments Required Qualifications Experience 10+ years in product management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles Experience building and leading product management teams 5+ years working with GPU compute, AI/ML platforms, or HPC environments Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and resource management systems Proven track record of launching and scaling infrastructure or developer platform products Background in pricing strategy for usage-based or infrastructure services Technical Skills Deep understanding of GPU architectures (NVIDIA H100, A100, etc.) and workload characteristics Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and inference pipelines Familiarity with cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and billing systems Understanding of edge computing challenges and distributed system design Business Acumen Experience with B2B enterprise sales cycles and technical customer requirements Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and align cross-functional teams Experience building competitive analysis and positioning strategies Understanding of multi-tenant architecture and enterprise security requirements Communication & Executive Presence Proven ability to present to C-level executives and board members Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market opportunities into product strategy Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value Preferred Qualifications Previous Director experience at GPU cloud providers or major cloud platforms Background in edge computing, IoT, or distributed systems Familiarity with defense, energy, or industrial sectors and their AI/ML requirements Experience scaling product organizations in high-growth technology companies Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and AI lifecycle management Experience with open-source orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, etc.) Previous experience in startup or high-growth technology environments Compensation Compensation: USD 176,000 - 220,000 Benefits Competitive base salary and equity Medical, dental, and vision (subsidized cost) Health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA) Retirement plan options, including 401(k) and Roth 401(k) Unlimited paid time off (PTO) 15 paid company holidays per year Equal Opportunity Statement Armada is an equal opportunity employer.
