Director, Strategic Sales
position to drive new sales and ensure measurable growth. We seek a candidate with documented expertise in managing, negotiating, and closing complex sales within the logistics or supply chain sectors. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to execute a sales strategy aimed at expanding revenue streams and closing new business across existing and adjacent markets and verticals. Success in this role relies on high emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to build lasting internal and external relationships. Director, Strategic Sales
will focus on aggressively selling Armada services and defining how we leverage all our brands—Armada, Sunset Transportation, and ATEC—to lead the market in supply chain solutions. With the support of a world-class team and innovative technology, you will have the opportunity to make an impact at Armada and advance your career. What You’ll Do:
Sell Armada solutions and collaborate across all Armada brands. Own and close new business sales opportunities. Develop targeted approaches to convert leads into long-term customers. Identify and penetrate adjacent market segments. Expand Armada's market footprint and revenue streams. Build and nurture relationships with key prospects and clients. Present Armada's value proposition to build trust and secure new business. Optimize customer acquisition efforts. Align sales, marketing, and service capabilities with team efforts. Utilize technology and sales tools to track performance and inform decisions. Partner with the Sales Development team to improve lead generation. What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in a sales leadership role, with at least 5 years closing B2B sales in logistics. Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Experience penetrating new markets, including adjacent and high-growth verticals. Expertise in consultative selling, complex deal negotiation, and closing high-value contracts. Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics. Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the C-suite level. Experience leading teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Who Are We:
