Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Implementation Project Manager
to lead large-scale, high-visibility enterprise implementations of our AI-powered search platform. This is a strategic role that goes beyond tracking taskswere looking for a trusted partner who can align stakeholders, drive clarity, mitigate risk, and enable long-term adoption across the organization. Youll work closely with product managers, data science teams, IT, business units, and executive sponsors to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of transformative AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership Serve as the primary delivery lead for strategic, enterprise-wide customer programs Translate strategy into executable delivery plans with measurable milestones and outcomes Align cross-functional stakeholders on goals, timelines, and value realization Drive all phases of project delivery across multiple workstreams and international teams Manage project budgets, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting with minimal oversight Facilitate governance structures, reporting cadences, and escalation management Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement Engage with client business, IT, and executive teams to ensure alignment and transparency Partner with adoption, training, and change management teams to support user readiness Champion the end-user experience and promote initiatives that boost engagement and usage Business Impact & Analytics Define and track KPIs that measure program success (adoption, usage, ROI) Gather feedback and continuously improve delivery and adoption strategies Anticipate roadblocks and proactively implement solutions Required Qualifications
10+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise software delivery Demonstrated success leading high-complexity initiatives (e.g., global rollouts, multi-million-dollar accounts, AI/ML implementations, cloud migrations) Proven ability to navigate both strategic and tactical levels of delivery Strong command of delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall), governance models, and stakeholder engagement techniques Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive and technical audiences Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and managing delivery risk in ambiguous environments Advanced proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Bonus Points
Experience with change management, training programs, or end-user adoption planning Experience in AI/ML programs or enterprise search platforms Industry certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or PROSCI Familiarity with data governance, compliance, or regulated industries Why Join Sinequa by ChapsVision?

The annual compensation for this role ranges from
