General Manager 704 at WhiteWater Express Car Wash. The role is responsible for the location's overall performance and operations, planning, organizing, leading, and executing store goals to achieve financial success. This role includes duties of the Team Leader, Shift Leader, and Store Manager. Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and foster a team-oriented environment; empower employees to lead. Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture; develop the team and leadership growth. Ensure customer and employee satisfaction by addressing concerns and educating customers on products, packages, and memberships. Monitor and adjust equipment, wash package functions, and tunnel efficiency for optimal performance. Ensure completion of scheduled maintenance, store cleanliness, and adherence to site standards; coordinate with facility and IT for repairs. Participate in weekly facility and IT calls and workshops; troubleshoot hardware issues with pay stations and equipment. Uphold safety policies, ensure training completion, and enforce safety standards. Ensure adequate store staffing through recruiting, hiring, and promoting; use structured interviews for hiring and onboarding support. Drive fleet and multi-car programs with local businesses for growth. Perform payroll tasks and review KPIs with Managers and Area Director. Qualifications
Proven leadership in staff development and exceptional customer service. Ability to thrive outdoors in all weather; flexibility for evenings and weekends. Successful completion of a pre-hire background check. Experience supervising 3-10 direct reports for 1-3 years, including hourly and salary employees. Ability to collaborate with Facility and IT Technicians to identify priorities and perform repairs. Ability to work long hours during busy periods; strong attention to detail and safety awareness; ability to handle chemicals per safety guidelines. Benefits
