Baker Hughes . Senior Sales Manager - Data Center position focused on demand selling to Data Center customers within our Gas Technology Team. Baker Hughes is a global technology company serving the energy value chain with a broad portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Responsibilities
Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge with awareness of the Data Center environment where the products will be used. Process sales requiring technical analysis and adaptation to client, market and ecosystem conditions. Access DC on-site power projects by leveraging your network of owners/operators, engineering companies and project financiers to develop and execute the DC Go-To-Market strategy. Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of multiple stakeholders both on the client side and internally. Coordinate the technical, economic, logistical and financial aspects involved in creating a proposal. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of successful complex solutions sales experience. Proven knowledge of the Data Center ecosystem, including financed power solutions. 2+ years of direct experience selling into data center projects on a national basis. Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology and account structure. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to customers. Preferred experience selling power generation products (utilities and regulated energy markets). Work Style and Flexibility

Salary range from $131,400 to $267,200 per year, depending on location and experience. Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare options and a 401(k) plan; coverage options vary by role and location. Comprehensive benefits package and additional compensation such as bonuses (terms per benefit plans). This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of applicable benefit plans or policies.
