Role Summary The Program, Portfolio, and Governance Program Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of key program and portfolio management services. This role focuses on fostering organic growth and strengthening stakeholder engagement while ensuring governance structures are robust and aligned with client objectives. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence to ensure successful programs and portfolios.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Program and Portfolio Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment with client goals and governance structures.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous communication and alignment of expectations.

Organic Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing engagements, leveraging client relationships to drive additional business.

Governance Oversight: Ensure governance frameworks are implemented and adhered to, focusing on risk management, compliance, and accountability.

Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources across programs and portfolios, ensuring teams are effectively staffed to meet project demands.

Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs for programs and portfolios, driving continuous improvement and ensuring successful outcomes.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and addressing concerns.

Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of programs and portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication on program status.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in program, portfolio, and governance management with a demonstrated track record of successful client outcomes.

Deep understanding of program and portfolio management methodologies, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement best practices.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver value through program and portfolio management.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications (PMP preferred).

Leadership: Mentoring and developing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.

Financial Acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for clients and internal teams.

Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to changing client needs.

Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $130,000—$166,500 USD
