Build a scalable key account program; negotiate complex enterprise deals; develop distributor programs, enablement, and joint business plans. Lead S&OP and end-to-end operations: supply chain, local inventory policy, order fulfillment, service and calibration, and customer support. Ensure regional compliance (trade/export controls, quality, safety, financial controls) and continuously improve cost, cycle time, and customer experience (e.g., response and repair TAT, NPS). People and Culture

Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team; establish clear objectives, coaching, and succession plans. Lead across time zones; resolve cross-regional issues; model values, ethics, and a performance-and-learning mindset. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration—building the business with an entrepreneurial spirit. External Engagement

10+ years of experience in test & measurement, electronics, or adjacent industrial technology; 5+ years in P&L/general management or senior commercial leadership with a strong growth track record. Proven success scaling revenue via both direct enterprise sales and distribution channels; expert negotiator with strong executive presence. Deep applications understanding across oscilloscopes, spectrum/RF, power, and compliance testing; adept at translating customer needs into product and GTM actions. Experience operating across the United States and Latin America; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. Comfortable collaborating with Asia-based HQ and manufacturing; cross-cultural fluency and familiarity with Asian business practices are advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in business with strong technical aptitude, or in engineering with commercial/financial acumen; MBA is a plus. Why Join RIGOL
