Overview
A rapidly growing food & beverage manufacturer is seeking a General Manager to lead operations across safety, quality, and production. This role oversees approximately 100 hourly associates and is responsible for driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Own full P&L and lead daily manufacturing operations.
Ensure equipment and processes meet safety, quality, and cost standards.
Support new product development from an operational perspective.
Leverage automation and data-driven decision-making to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Build and coach a high-performing team with clear performance expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations or engineering.
Strong technical expertise in high-speed processing systems, controls, and automation.
Experience in food-grade environments (FDA, GMP, HACCP) strongly preferred.
Proven track record in managing manufacturing costs and implementing productivity programs.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, process improvement skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
Experience building collaborative, cross-functional teams.
