We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Engineer to join our Got to Market Infrastructure Team. In this role you'll work closely with partners from Sales, Marketing, RevOps and engineering to build systems that bring our Go To Market strategy to life. We are scaling to build a world-class Salesforce platform that supports our mission to bring the leading AI Agent to market. What will I be doing?
Design scalable and high-performance Go To Market systems that enable Intercom to build a world class Go To Market engine. Lead technical architecture discussions and decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Grow your teams capacity by mentoring other engineers and interviewing candidates. Be an integral part of building and growing a team. Partner directly with stakeholders across the business to shape technical solutions to business problems. What skills do I need?
Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Platform App Builder, and/or System Architect (or equivalent) are highly desirable. Experience with Snowflake or similar Data Warehouse. Exposure to Salesforce CPQ. Sales, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops experience. We are a well-treated bunch, with awesome benefits. The base salary range for candidates within Chicago is $160,380 - $191,565. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Regular employees may be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of RSUs. Intercom has a hybrid working policy.
