If you shipped a product with 100k+ downloads, created an open source project with 10k+ stars/downloads, or made $100k+, you get fast-tracked. Initial chat : Instead of a recruiter, one of the engineers on the team will have a chat with you. We prefer to grab a coffee in Palo Alto. Personality assessment : We'll send you a personality assessment to understand you better. This is the one we use. Take-home challenge : We'll send you a short take-home challenge that typically takes 60-90 minutes to complete. On-site interview : You'll be invited onsite to meet the team and complete the second half of the take-home. Offer : We pay top of market. Salary range for technical roles is $300k - $700k+ and equity. We'll give you an offer you'll be happy with. Seniority level
