Private Equity Vice President – Lower Middle Market Growth Investing We are seeking an experienced
Vice President
to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial lower middle market private equity team focused on partnering with founders and management teams to accelerate growth. The firm invests in high-potential companies across
healthcare, business services, industrial growth, and specialty sectors , with a proven track record of building market leaders through strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead deal execution from sourcing through close, including due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and negotiations Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, management teams, and industry advisors Oversee portfolio company value creation strategies, working closely with management to drive organic growth and execute add-on acquisitions Mentor and manage associates and analysts, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven team culture Support fundraising, investor relations, and internal firm initiatives as needed Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience in private equity, ideally within the Healthcare, Industrials or Business Services sectors. Demonstrated track record in sourcing, executing, and managing growth-oriented investments Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience building trusted relationships with management teams Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment What We Offer
