Optimize cash flow through robust forecasting, monitoring, and reporting procedures to maintain liquidity.

Lead a finance team of approximately 4-5 professionals, including the Controller, staff accountants, and additional roles as needed, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. HR Administration falls under a different department.

Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard assets and ensure operational integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience scaling a profitable B2B SaaS company from $30M to $50M+ ARR. Added bonus if SaaS experience was serving government or government-adjacent clients.

Strong equity-backed experience with quarterly investor-facing responsibilities.

Proficiency with financial systems (Maxio and QB Online), CRM (HubSpot) and analytics tools (Mosaic).

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA, MS, or CPA preferred.
