Enjoy a 4x10 schedule (4-day, 10-hour shifts) with a 3-day weekend every weekend! Responsibilities: • Execute advanced heat pump installations, including ducted, ductless, and multizone systems • Review project documentation: startup sheets, load calcs, and duct design specs • Identify and delegate tasks to assistants • Communicate installation progress with the project manager and the office teams • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues with minimal delay • Lead final system commissioning, air balancing, and diagnostic troubleshooting • Serve as the customer-facing lead technician on all assigned projects Qualifications: • Must have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • Must have a strong focus on putting the clients first with exceptional customer service experience • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record •

Experience

: 4+ years of HVAC installation experience (heat pumps preferred) •

Hands-on skills

: low- and high-voltage wiring, brazing, proper refrigerant charge, ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues •

Management

: Ability to manage a project from start to finish •

Leadership experience

: mentoring crews, job site management •

Certifications

: EPA Universal, OSHA-10, NATE (preferred) •
