We value team collaboration, client relationships, and deep expertise in the insurance space. As we grow, we\'re looking to add an experienced Account Manager to our team who shares our client-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day servicing of a book of commercial and/or personal lines accounts Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and client communications Work closely with producers and clients to ensure top-tier service and timely follow-ups Maintain accurate client records and documentation within EPIC Coordinate with carriers to secure quotes, bind coverage, and resolve issues Provide proactive account management and renewal strategy Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry Proficiency with EPIC is required Strong knowledge of commercial and/or personal lines California P&C license preferred Excellent communication, follow-up, and time management skills Ability to thrive in a remote work environment Why Join Us
