Upkeeping the world’s most-advanced aircraft takes a lot of fine-tuning, and that’s where you step in. As an Aerospace Ground Equipment specialist, you inspect, maintain and repair a wide variety of equipment that supplies hydraulic pressure, air pressure and electricity to our planes, ensuring our equipment and fleets meet the proper standards and can carry out missions without a hitch.
Responsibilities
Determine necessary equipment serviceability criteria.
Establish production standards and controls.
Perform necessary maintenance on aerospace ground equipment.
Inspect and approve proper maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
Knowledge of general mechanics, electronics and basic wiring diagrams and schematics
Experience operating or supervising aerospace ground equipment
Completion of 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
Must be between the ages of 17 and 39
