Responsible for set up of project files Responsible for administration of project closeout Assist with development of trade scope packages Work closely with project manager on day to day project requirements such as RFIs, PCOs, submittals/procurement, and meeting minutes Review of submittals for compliance with contract requirements Tracking and maintenance of subcontractor / supplier contract requirements Daily maintenance of logs and tracking for multiple projects Qualifications
Associate's degree, but preferably a bachelor's degree, in a construction-related discipline (or equivalent experience) and some experience (e.g., internships) in construction management 23 years of construction project management experience Skills
Experience with requisitions, submittals, and project financials Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Basic understanding of project management, accounting, scheduling and invoicing software with specific understanding of Prolog, JD Edwards, Primavera P6, Textura and Bluebeam a plus Ability to read blueprints and perform quantity take-offs Basic understanding of construction means and methods and procedures Good verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills Physical Demands
This is not a sedentary position. Work involves moderate to heavy physical activity on active construction sites. Employees must be able to walk, climb ladders and stairs, stand for extended periods, access temporary routes and scaffolding, bend and reach, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. PPE will be provided and must be worn on site. The ability to speak, see, hear, and understand speech and sounds is required. Work Environment
Primary work is on active construction sites. Some work may occur in jobsite trailers or temporary offices onsite. Work may involve tight spaces, variable noise levels, and extreme weather conditions. Deadlines are inflexible and overtime may be required. Telework
The work of Donohoe Construction Field positions does not lend itself to telework or work-from-home opportunities. The expected base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Salary ranges are dependent on qualifications and experience. EOE, including disability/veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
