This position supports Nalco Waters Data Center market segment within the Global Accounts framework, delivering comprehensive programs and solutions to meet customer needs. You will build a robust understanding of customers businesses, data center industry trends, and manage Global MSA agreements. You will be responsible for strategic enterprise revenue activities, including driving and owning sales opportunities, executive communications and presentations, and implementing value-added customer solutions within your assigned corporate account portfolio. You will manage a global portfolio of business, drive sales growth, and engage with customer and Ecolab Senior Leadership. A company vehicle is provided as part of total compensation. This position reports directly to the AVP of Global Accounts Data Centers. What You Will Do Work with Field Associate, Business Development Manager, Marketing, Finance and Group Leadership Teams at the Global level to develop growth strategies aligned with division priorities and innovation goals. Lead and direct Global Corporate Account strategies across global regions. Accelerate sales through negotiations of multi-year partnerships and/or strategic alliance agreements with key global, national, and strategic accounts. Develop, implement and manage sales and promotional programs for markets across the globe in collaboration with Marketing Teams. Partner with field sales to deliver on customer contractual commitments including service excellence execution and documented value delivery; ensure the team communicates the value created to drive growth. Pursue highly visible, progressive, and profitable market-leading enterprise accounts that are strategic to Ecolabs future. Collaborate with other Ecolab divisions to create and maintain Enterprise Corporate Accounts. Execute effective presentations and executive summaries that communicate key deliverables to internal teams and senior leadership (Business Plan Execution, Sales Pipeline Management, Market Strategy).
Location Information
Location is flexible but near a major US airport. Ideal: Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; or other US Western Region locations. 50% overnight travel required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.). 7+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in the water treatment or specialty chemical industry. Global corporate account or key account sales and management background. Experience working with global customers operating in all Ecolab regions. Successful experience in managing dynamic, high-performing teams. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of consultative sales experience. Existing relationships/direct experience within data center customer base. Demonstrated large account management success with executive-level relationship sales experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with industry executives. Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

Total Target Cash Range: 134,600.00 - 168,200.00 - 201,800.00 USD annually. Many factors are considered when determining compensation (experience, education, location, etc.).
