We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join our Boston office and the Seyfarth Real Estate Department. The Day-To-Day
As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You Have
At least six years of extensive experience with real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing and preferred equity, joint ventures and other vehicles for real estate ownership. Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base, including those involved in residential, retail and mixed-use ownership, investment and development, data centers, warehousing and other e-commerce. Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills; large firm experience preferred. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
