Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for digital product initiatives. Set and measure Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive performance. Utilize customer insights to shape product strategy and enhance user experience. Oversee all phases of the product development lifecycle, from analysis to market introduction. Identify trends in digital account servicing to improve client experience and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in product management. Proven experience leading teams in financial services or other regulated industries. Strong understanding of customer analytics and experience strategy. Ability to balance innovation with compliance and risk management. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
