Senior Project Manager – Merchandising & IT Projects (Long-Term Contract)

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for merchandising and IT initiatives (planning, execution, delivery).
Partner with business stakeholders (merchants, supply chain, finance) and IT teams to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships.
Facilitate Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
Drive system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across merchandising and retail platforms.
Ensure clear communication and reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
7+ years of project management experience, with proven success in retail, merchandising, or supply chain technology projects.
Strong knowledge of merchandising systems (allocation, assortment planning, category management, inventory).
Experience with ERP, POS, or retail systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, JDA/Blue Yonder).
Background in IT project delivery (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, technical integrations).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus.
