$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr . At Commure, our mission is to simplify healthcare. Our AI solutions span ambient AI clinical documentation, provider copilots, autonomous coding, revenue cycle management and more, designed for providers and administrators to focus on delivering care. This role supports the QBR Revenue Growth team on the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product, with quarterly revenue presentations and recommendations to improve topline performance. About The Role: We are seeking an Operations Manager to support the QBR Revenue Growth team. This high-visibility, high-impact role requires cross-collaboration across Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Operations, with potential growth in scope as the business scales. What You’ll Do
(responsibilities) Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations on revenue performance, benchmarking against the customer’s previous RCM vendor Analyze revenue deltas by identifying root causes, examining changes in insurance payouts per patient visit, shifts in medical procedure mix, and variations in payer mix Craft data-driven recommendations to help customers enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth Launch ad hoc revenue-growing initiatives across multiple customers Identify, document and continuously implement process improvements for both the internal team and cross-functional partners What You Have
(qualifications) 2-4 years experience in consulting, investment banking or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company Deep experience in data analysis (SQL and Excel strongly preferred); basic open-resource SQL assessment may be part of the interview Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement and optimization of operational processes Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations and engineering Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success Comfort in ambiguity; ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and identify blockers Customer-obsessed mindset to ensure clients have the cash they need to pay healthcare providers Proficient in Retool; Google Workspace (Gsuite) is a plus Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space is a plus Details Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Entry level Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Other information: Commure + Athelas is committed to a diverse team and providing accommodations to all applicants.
