Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead its finance function and partner with the CEO and board to drive the next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Lead all finance and accounting operations, reporting directly to the CEO Manage and mentor a team covering FP&A, Controller, and AP/AR Establish and maintain scalable processes, controls, and compliance Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Partner with leadership on acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives Optimize financial systems (Sage recently implemented) for improved reporting and insight Ideal Candidate Proven success as a finance leader in high-growth, dynamic companies Experience in sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing businesses preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and develop finance teams Background in private equity–backed environments highly desirable Balance of operational rigor and strategic mindset Seniority level
